Iran’s wheelchair basketball defeat China in Hangzhou

Iran's national team faced China in the second match of the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou on Saturday and defeated its rival 72-42.

Previously, Iran’s national squad defeated Afghanistan 91-33.

Iran will compete with the Philippines in the third step.

The Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games, also known as the 4th Asian Para Games, is a multi-sport event that parallels the 2022 Asian Games which will be held for Asian athletes with a disability.

The 2022 Games were originally scheduled to be held in October 2022 but canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak and now it is underway from 22 to 28 October 2023.
